Ever since I was a small child, I had an overwhelming interest in supporting others. From providing space for a friend to feel safe to guiding over 40 incoming college students through the rigor of college life, I loved every second that I spent pouring into others. Though my support stretches wide, I was reminded that I must pour into myself as well. I soon found that health and fitness in martial arts provided me the opportunity to be capable to serve others, thus I sought to share the lessons I've learned. As the founder of Kicking the Air, it is my prerogative to support you through your health and fitness journey such that you can pour into others as well. With my Kickstart Program, I aim to encourage mental and physical health practices by incorporating martial arts principles into fitness routines.
